Appointment Deposit and Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your piercing appointment, a $50 nonrefundable deposit will be required to book any future appointments.  The deposit will go towards your piercing if you show up for your appointment.  If you do not show up to your appointment or reschedule again, you forfeit that deposit.

A $50 deposit is required to book each piercing appointment. 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment.  If you cancel or reschedule with less that 24 hours notice, you do forfeit your deposit.  If you no show your appointment, you forfeit your deposit.  If a deposit was collected for a group of people, all parties must show up for their appointment or the deposit is forfeited.  Any cancellations or reschedules with group appointments must be made with at least 24 hours notice to retain your deposit.  All no shows result in a forfeit of the deposit.
